Registration and flexible planning
Registration becomes final with a HUF 75,000 reservation payment. The remaining participation fee is payable during registration on the first day. Discounts cannot be combined.
- Cancellations by August 31, 2026 receive a full refund of the reservation payment
- Cancellations from September 1–30 receive a 50% refund of the reservation payment
- After October 1, the reservation payment is non-refundable
- Participation may be transferred to another person by prior agreement
